Here’s Your Chance to Own a Super Bowl Champion’s Ridgewood Home

Bobble Heads are nice...but owning New York Giant and Super Bowl Champion Jeff Feagles' former Ridgewood Home is a real Super Bowl memento.

Just think, you could own the home where Tiki Barber was first introduced to his future wife and Eli and Peyton Manning once had a heated argument over who had the best pizza in Ridgewood. And who could forget the familiar sight of Michael Strahan shuffling out to get the morning paper in his bathrobe when he was staying with the Feagles during his very public divorce. OK, none of this ever happened but it would still be pretty cool to own a Super Bowl Champ's former home. Wouldn't it? Just watch out for those Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Legend has it they still turn up at the home late at night when they are in town.

The added bonus here is that the house is an incredible Ridgewood Tudor loaded with charm - and it is reasonably priced.

Pretty cool listing Aloysius!  I love the lead in stories, they were GREAT even if they aren't true.  Good luck finding a buyer soon...

Sindee - Thanks for the tip but I am in NJ.  Not sure how a Sacramento based site will help me - unless I am missing something.

Football?  What about baseball?  Are you watching the Red Sox today?  Hoping we don't get rained out again!

It's a Good Life!

Chris the implementer - Glad you thought this was funny.  Hopefully, it helps sell the home.

Know anyone that wants a $1,450,000 super bowl souvenir?

Cheryl - Thanks for your note.  Glad you liked my fables. Regarding the house, we have had a lot of interest and we have someone willing to make a good offer but...they have to sell their home first.  Bet you haven't heard that one.  At least not in the past 5 minutes.  I am sure it will sell soon.  It really is a great home. And I am not just saying that because the homeowners might be reading this.

I live in NJ about 10 miles from Yankees Stadium.  Are you taunting me?

Aloysius, I grew up in Norther New Jersey and know the area well. This is a remarkable area, close to all amenities, and you should have no problem unloading this home for Jeff. One can only imagine some of the stories told here by the payers who visited this home. Good luck in selling it.

Tony - Thanks for your note and the nice words about our area.  Florida is pretty nice too.  How is the market for you at this point?  Has it started to recover?  Where in NJ did you live?
