Over the years I have met hundreds and hundreds, well actually thousands of people running my old business and now my new business. My clients / friends number over a thousand which may not seem much to some but to me it's how I like my business. A size where I can get Personal....... I really enjoy when my clients call up and start with how the family is, what's new and really get into it and then they almost forget about why they were calling. The feeling is mutual for their family and their concerns. There are times to make money and there are times to do the right thing and just help you client. I do them both as needed. As I sit here tonight thinking about my clients I look back at my journey and if there were a few things to say about them it would be that they are a class act, that honors our relationship with trust, honest and loyalty.
What brings me to this point was a recent testimonial that I just received from a really nice customer that ended up not purchasing anything from me and had to put things on hold. She was so very thoughtful by endorsing me in print which made me think of all of those compliments that I have received from others, verbally through the years.
This is what she wrote:
