River Vale NJ saw Eleven homes closing in the popular town as the Summer real estate market fades and children prepare to return to school in a week. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 95% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within 5% of their asking price and that the popularity of this town is still going strong. The average Sold price was $728,182 for the upscale town of River Vale NJ.

River Vale NJ is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and it's lush park-like character has prompted it to be known as the "Garden Spot" of the Pascack Valley. This small tight knit community is constantly changing to keep up with the times while maintaining that very desirable small town feel.
