Washington Twp / Sewell NJ Market Update Sept 2010 & Sept 2011

This comparison is for the months of Sept 2010 & Sept 2011 for Sewell NJ / Washington Twp NJ. The real estate market appears to be doing better this September than 2010. As you can see, although less people listed their homes this past September 12 more homes sold. The sold average in Sewell NJ also increased.
