WHY ISN'T MY COUNTY OR CITY COMING UP ON LOCALISM.COM?

I have been doing some investigating in to the Localism.com side of this website and I am noticing that Middlesex County isn't popping up under the popular county section of the website. I had searched the localism side before and I know for a fact it was there a few weeks ago. What is the reason for this? Is it because that there wasn't enough Activerain activity on the Middlesex county portion on Localism so it kind of gets pushed lower to the bottom?

I hope someone can explain this to me.
