So to all my friends, 35,000 forclosures will be hitting the NJ market in a month or so as put into motion by a NJ superior court judge last night. BOA, JP Morgan and Wells fargo are about to flood the market....anyone thinking of selling should call me now before this happens; get ready for a tight economy and a possible housing bust!!!!!!! Lets just hope they keep intrest rates low!!!
