The Cost for Movin' on up ~ Living in Luxury at the Claridge Houses in Verona New Jersey

When I say movin' on upto The Claridge Houses, I'm not just talking about hi-rise luxurious living but I truly mean movin' on up (as in moving uphill) because the Claridge Houses sit atop one of the highest elevations in the State of New Jersey.

So aside from the purchase price and quarterly taxes that you will pay for movin' on up to the Claridge House, there is also the monthly utility feewhich covers all utilities aside from telephone and cable television. The utility fees seem to vary per unit but start somewhere around $280. Prior to buying a unit at the Claridge House I or Claridge House II, you will know what the monthly utility fee is for the unit. Same goes for the Claridge House monthly maintenance fee which starts at about $600+ depending on the unit and covers common area maintenance. The exact monthly maintenance feefor the each Claridge unit will be disclosed prior to buying a unit at the Claridge House I or Claridge House II.

Movin' on up to the parking - the monthly valet parking fee is approximately $100-$125 which I think you pay whether you valet or self-park. There are also inside garage spots which I believe there's a waiting list for and may be an additional fee for inside garage parking.
