You Accurately Portrayed this Farm and Home for Sale on the Internet!

This morning a potential buyer was stunned that 87 Sherman Ridge Road, Wantage NJ 07461 stood up to scrutiny. He remarked several times that most homes for sale are not accurately shown on the Internet. Yes, he was complimenting me on fairly portraying my listing of this 32 acre farm with a spectacular Colonial house.

Price dropped to just $625,000 on February 3, 2011!

I view this as my job yet clearly this gent found it unusual. Not all homes are as beautiful as 87 Sherman Ridge Road in Wantage NJ, but I don't want to mislead ANY online lookers - whether I'm showing them the home or another agent takes them to see it.

Marketing homes for sale should not be deceptive - my reputation is at stake!

• Am I careful about taking photos? You betcha!
• Do I take a million for every one I post? You betcha!
• Will I omit pictures of rooms not yet ready for prime time? You betcha!
• Lighten them for my MLS, which darkens all uploads? You betcha!
• Make a shack look like a palace? Not a chance...

While I'm personally flattered, I am saddened that this potential buyer is touring homes for sale that look nothing like the online photos. Good or bad, no buyer should feel:
