Westwood New Jersey saw a whopping Eight homes closing in the popular town as the Fall real estate market turns and the town prepares for the holidays. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 87% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced to sell and selling within 13% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong although the overall market prices are down. Keeping in mind the number of homes to close this month verses last month, the average Sold price was up substantially from last month with the average sale price being $428,438 for the Hub of the Pascack Valley town of Westwood New Jersey.
