Home inspection report for Carlsbad New Mexico.
Last evening I was at the office reading and commenting on Active Rain posts.
That's when the phone rang and it was a client I had completed a home inspection for a couple weeks ago.
She is an older widow woman with a desire to sell her home as soon as she could so she could move to Florida to live with her children.
When the report was finished I e-mailed it to her. I also sent her a small message to thank her for using
Desert sun home Inspections in Carlsbad New Mexico.
The report is very easy to use. All you have to do is click on any part of the report and there it is for you to read.
This is how the call went.
Hi Clint, remember me? This is Ms. "B" from Carlsbad. Yes Ms. "B" how are you doing?
"I'm doing fine, but I want my money back for the inspection you did on my home."
"What's the problem?"
"I can't read the report. You told me it was a very easy to read report"
"Now I can't see it, it's way too small. I can't even see the pictures that are the size of postage stamps."
"Are you at the computer now?"
"Yes", "then I will walk you through how to view the report."
"Click and bring the report up", "O.K." "Now see the little box that says how big the pages are to the top?"
"Yes I see it, it says 44%", " now we need to change that to read at 75%, click on the box and change it to 75%". "wow, it's big enough to read now. What about the pictures?"
"Click on the electrical section to the left", "O.K.", "Now click on the picture", "Wow it's a full screen picture now". "Now that I know how to look at the report I will better under stand what you were talking about".
"Thank you so much for all the help, and forget what I said about wanting my money back. I was just confused about how to use the report".
"Don't worry about it. If you have any questions feel free to call, again".
"I'm sure I probably will". "Have a nice evening and good luck selling your home".
Now there are those who don't know how to use programs, I'm one of them. But the reports I issue are very easy to use. It just takes a little help in some cases.
Happy Holidays every one in the Active Rain Membership.
