Located north of Albuquerque and near Rio Rancho is a quaint village called Corrales NM. In Corrales you're just as likely to see someone riding into town on horseback as you are to see artists, actors and chefs.

There were 10 sales this month ranging in price from $180,000 to $860,000. All 10 were regular sales, there were no short sales or foreclosure sales.
