Making big stuff out of small stuff

There have always been people that like to make mountains out of molehills. And in our business, they are the same agents that talk bad about and put down brokers from other agencies when they go out on listing calls. We have been told by customers, that these same agents will call them, even after the customer's listing has been posted on the MLS, to confront the customer why they went with another agency. Just doesn't seem very professional to me. If more agents were concerned with selling real estate instead of acting like hurt puppies, we just may seem more professional to the pubic.
