New Mexico feels the Wrath of Ol' Winter
Today, all across the Albuquerque Metro and around the State of New Mexico there are reports of high winds knocking down trees and causing major Havoc. From overturned trailers to uprooted trees these hurricane -force winds precede what the meteoroligists are describing as a winter storm.
I urge all Albuquerque and New Mexico Residents to exercise extreme caution when outside. It was a challenge driving home this evening. I witnessed one accident...a three-vehicle pile-up. Drive with extreme caution.
With reported windspeed of 88 miles per hour, it is too dangerous for anyone to be casually venturing outside, so stay inside unless it is extremely necessary. The wind along with the current temperature is bad as it is. If the forecast holds true...it s going to be a orrible weekend.
Stay Safe Albuquerque! Stay Inside! Stay Warm!
