The New Rio Rancho High School has officially begun construction. This has been in the works for a long time but is finally moving forward. The plan is to have it open for the school year starting fall 2009. I would expect the Rio Rancho Real Estate in the area to be looked at for more speculation investment. It will be interesting to see what happens with land values.
