The inventory of Henderson Nevada bank owned homes increased just slightly over the last week. As more banks move towards loan modifications, I expect to see this decrease to where it represents only 10% of the total listings. However, that could still take 6-9 months.

Selling time in the Henderson REO market continues to be extremely fast. The median Days On Market for the 313 bank-owned homes that closed in August was just 21 days. Buyers in the market need may need to write multiple offers and go above list price to be successful.
