With pet ownership at an all time high, the availability of high density housing for pet owners has not been keeping pace. Some developers are taking note and I'm glad to say that Vantage is one of them. Currently Vantage is the only Henderson loft project to allow dogs up to 140 lbs. Their pet policy is based on total weight, so if you several dogs, combined they must be under a total weight of 140 pounds. Vantage will also have a large grassy area just for your pets.

It there going to be an area to bring the dogs to? I noticed they do not have yards for the units.

That is great news. I think there should be a movement to protect "good pets". There are a few owners that do not control their pets and then it makes it bad for everyone else. I am not sure what the answer to this is, but I think it would be great to have a pets bill of rights!
