Just to update you...construction is anticipated to begin this fall and estimate the build out time to be approximately 18 months (anticipating closing escrow by the early part of 2009). • Three bedroom lofts ranging from 1535 – 1635 sq. ft. for $789,900 to $1,099,900
• Three penthouses ranging from 2433 – 3886 sq.ft. for $1,399,900 to $2,119,900
