April, Actually the Condos are in the middle pf Stripping... price wise! LoL  But there are beautiful. It is a real great time to buy them at the bottom of the market!

Kevin, Come on!... It's time to see the new Vegas with all those face lifts, bot-ox and implants ... LOL ... I mean Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants, Metro Rail, High rise Buildings... and on and on!

I cannot believe how even Vegas keeps changing. I flew in there about 20 years ago at night and it sure looks like a big city from the sky. But more and more keeps going in. I need to visit again but, honestly, I like the shows and not gambling. If I part with .25 when I am there, at a table or machine, I am splurging.

Gary Thanks but is not me... it is the subject that has the richness, glamors and temptations, Vegas will be Vegas!

Mike, I only tried to show what really happening in Vegas... don't keep it shy. If you spend here few days you'll get intoxicated by the magnitude of new developments.

Steven, Twenty years ago?... That is a life time in Vegas age. It was than and it is now an other city! Vegas has a life of it's own now... like breathing in and breathing out... nobody can control the force of expansion and growing in this city... I guess is a good thing!

This is great post indeed. It looks more for young executive business people than for family(s) . But of course there is the other market far from the Strip, where lots of developments and communities makes life as muck attractive as the condos on the Strip.  

Arina, These places are all absolutely gorgeous....I would have a very difficult time trying to choose, they are all spectacular!

Barbu, Yes, there are those distinctive areas. Like any other big city Vegas is a metropolis and have concentrate the business aspects in downtown with large numerous neighborhoods and communities around. The Real Estate market here in Vegas has something to offer to everybody from the business executives to families. 

Carole, I am glad you liked them... In spite of their glamors they are not difficult to choose from, but difficult to buy these days. Prices are the lowest and by all accounts should be a great time to buy but is not that easy unless the cash is substantial... and all the rest!

Duane, For the last 5 years buildings pooped up like mushroom after a tropical rain... The entire city was one project after an other and every year the landscape changed. It is indeed spectacular.

Michael, Well that depends in how you read the "coffee cup" or better said how you see the glass... half empty or half full! I prefer to see the half full... Ask me this question again in 6month -:)
