Through the first eight months of 2009, there have been a total of 3,550 homes sold in central Las Vegas. This area lies east of the I-15 freeway, west of Boulder Highway, and generally between Sunset Road and Charleston Boulevard. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1430 square foot home with a selling price of $118,000.
