Through the first eight months of 2009, there have been a total of 4,311 homes sold in east Las Vegas. This area is east of Boulder Highway and the I-15 freeway, and north of Russel Road. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1362 square foot home with a selling price of $70,000.
