In a time where Social Media is already becoming poisoned by the same brainwashing "force fed" advertisements that the invention of television created in the 1950s, when looking to turn potential Google Search, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, G+, or ActiveRain browsing customers into real estate clients, are you remembering to focus on providing value - especially when tooting your own horn?

It is a very fine line to be a good marketer as opposed to an advertiser, here is my solution (in below video) - to simply show some of my accomplishments, without bragging how "other agents" don't have the same credibility.

Hope this helps inspire my fellow REALTORS to raise the game - without putting others down or force feeding how great you are at the business of selling property.
