The Ultimate Makeover

After months of promising you a new website, I'm pleased to announce that the new VegasCondoScene.com (click to visit) has launched. Not only does it feature a snazzy, more professional design...all copy is 100% original and hand written by yours truly.

What it means to buyers

No more having to deal with Las Vegas high-rise condo websites geared more toward attracting Google search engine spiders than on reader education. Sure, there are some decent sites out there, but many are outdated and loaded with annoyance. We've all experienced it...Going to a website only to find old, spammy, hyped, cut-and-paste text.

The new VegasCondoScene.com features: an easy to use layout, bulleted information, 100% original copy, relevant project stats, and helpful tips. Additionally (in the "Lifestyle: by Aaron" section), buyers can get a feel for the lifestyle of various projects. Check it out and let me know what you think!

What it means to sellers

The internet plays a major role in the new real estate business. In my last VIVA VEGAS! Strip Update, I mentioned how the business has reverted back to the 80's. Back then, great real estate agents knocked on doors, got to know local families, and became staples in their target neighborhoods. In today's tough climate, clients demand exceptional service and a brokerage who can prove their integrity and experience (especially in niche markets like high-rise).

Today, having a cutting-edge website is as important as door knocking was in the 80's. While focusing on delivering the most relevant information to readers, the new VegasCondoScene.com also provides social proof that my brokerage and I are experienced in the Las Vegas high-rise market. In the 80's, who would you choose to market your property for sale? The agent who everyone knew and respected because she/he led in exceptional service and integrity, or the woman/man who couldn't prove their experience and reputation?

I like to think that my website and experience have a lot in common with the hard-working, door-knocking agents of the 80's. The only difference? When I knock, I knock globally.

In Vegas, things get old and outdated quick. What was once the hottest place on the Strip, is now old and undesirable. The same goes for real estate websites. Perhaps you remember...In 2006, I had no choice but to implode my first website, VegasGrowsUp.com. Earlier this year, I imploded HighRiseHookups.com.

Rather than frustrate you by playing musical domains, VegasCondoScene.com is the first website for which I decided to launch a 2.0 version. I'm proud to say that it better represents my firm and is reflective of the professional strides I've made over the past 12 months.
