Shauna Wood is a native of Las Vegas and has lived here for over 30 years. She has been very active in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the past two years. Prior to this, she had a successful career in the residential mortgage business for four years at one of the largest mortgage firms in the state. During her time, she spent time acquiring a thorough understanding of loan origination, finance, appraisal, title & escrow, as well as the local real estate market. She had also been involved with an internet travel company for 6 years, leading the internet marketing division and successfully achieving top placement in all the major search engines for the company, in addition to acquiring over 300 affiliates.
Shauna, being a Las Vegas native, has seen this city grow from a small town in the middle of the desert, to one of the most booming cities in the world. She has an extensive understanding of the local real estate market, and has built great relationships among industry leaders over the course of her career. She is a positive, pro-active individual who is dedicated to finding solutions for her clients that have kept them loyal to her in her course to become one of the top producers in the industry.

Joe has 20 Years of Retail/Restaurant Development working to develop locations throughout most of the United States with some of the biggest names in the Retail and Restaurant Industry. Joe has worked all phases of development from site selection, ROI Analysis, Construction, to Operations of over 700 units .
Joe brings experience that most in the business haven’t; he has been on the client side for many years and understands what you are looking for from site selection to location analysis. Joe knows that providing an outstanding experience and creating strong relationships will create a superior level of service. With this experience Joe provides a high level of Tenant Representation, helping clients with buying and selling of Warehouse, Retail, Office, Industrial and all other types of Commercial Real Estate Investments.
