Las Vegas Siena at Summerlin--Active Adult--Guard Gated--Golf Course

Siena is located on the west side of Las Vegas (just west of the I-215 Beltway-Zip code 89135) is a 667 acre Active Adult and Age-Restricted (55 or better) Golf Course and Guard Gated Community within the master-planned community of Summerlin. Siena has the feel of an eloquent luxury resort. Homes are nestled around Siena Golf Course which is an18-hole championship course with cascading waterfalls, tranquil gardens, and beautiful Lake Siena. This is a private community. You will also find powerful Mountain views, serene water features, golf course rolling hills, street lined palms trees and well manicured and mature landscaping throughout.

The Village Community Center is the 39,000-square-foot hub for social and club activities. At its center is the 7,200-square-foot Sunrise Ballroom and stage facility and nearly 9,000 square-feet of arts and crafts space, conference rooms, library, business center, computer lab, billiards and card rooms.

The 15,900-square-foot Health & Fitness Center houses the indoor amenities and contains a Wellness Center, full service Salon, state-of-the-fitness gym, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms each with its own sauna and steam room, and a four-lane, 25 yard indoor heated lap pool with spa. Outdoors are the dog park, tennis courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits, and a heated Resort Style Pool.

The Golf Clubhouse is a 13,500 square-foot facility with a full-service pro shop, indoor/outdoor dining and extensive practice facilities. At the Golf Clubhouse you will find the Siena Bistro Italian Restaurant which has an outdoor dining patio that overlooks Lake Siena, the 18th hole of the golf course, and the driving range. Very breathing taking and elegant view to accompany your dining experience.

At Siena there are 2019 homes that range from 1,166sf to 3,220sf and one third of the homes are on the golf course.
