I still have some buyers request a "garden" tub or Jacuzzi tub, but always wonder how much they really will use. One client confirmed "quite a bit". But it seems many now agree that the tub is becoming a catch-all.
Here in Las Vegas, many homes have been built with what I consider "small" showers, barely enough room to turn around for the average person and typically the shower head is too low.
Many of the Las Vegas new home builders "model" homes will have in them the nice big shower with tile or granite, etc. But there are still many buyers who don't "opt in" for this upgrade.
To some that soak in the tub is well worth it even if they only use it a couple of times a year.
A few have put "hot tubs" in their bathroom,,, although I do like a hot tub on the patio or by the pool, it is not something I would recommend for a bathroom.
What do you think? What do you like?
