The Springs Master Planned Community of townhomes is in a great location not far from the Oasis and Casa Blanca Casino Resort Hotels. Shopping, restaurants and several of our famous golf courses are close by.
This recently built subdivision has some gorgeous views the of the majestic southern mountains.
From winter through spring, the occasional snow tops these mountains for weeks at a time.
When the sun sets in the west these mountains reflect the changing colors of the sunset with hues from red to blue.
Not too far is one of Mesquite's Walking Trails - this one curves along the Virgin River and has some gorgeous views.
This trail is paved, with lights that come on at dusk so that you can enjoy a walk or bike ride, even in the hot summer nights of Mesquite. Stay on the paved pathway or wander down to the river. Dogs on a leash are allowed but no motor vehicles - you better leave that Harley at home!

The Springs Master Planned Townhome Community sits along side one of Mesquite's largest shady parks.
There you can get a good volleyball game going - if you have the energy - I'll come keep score for you!
Or just hang out and enjoy the picnic areas and shade trees. Yes, even a playground for the kids.
You will find walking trails and parks all over Mesquite - enjoy the clean air, golf and scenery by day and the casino club life by night.
The Springs has a unique design - every building has only 3 units, each with it's own entrance.
The one level 2 bedroom units are either up or downstairs and the 3 bedroom units are 2 levels.
All townhomes have their own 1 or 2 car garage with an inside door to the home as well as an outside garage door with remote opener.
Designed so that no homeowner lives above or below another, so that you don't have the feeling of living in a condo or apartment.
The Homeowner's Association maintains all outside maintenance and landscaping, with common desert landscaped areas throughout the subdivision.
Available to residents only, the Recreation Center features a spacious clubhouse with a complete kitchen, wireless computer room, big screen TV and showers that open to the outdoor pool area.
What a place to watch Super Bowl - and not even have to mess up your own place!
Hot and Sore from that champion volleyball game or 18 holes of Mesquite golf? Soak in the big jacuzzi and take a dip in that sparkling pool.
The outdoor pool and jacuzzi area is fenced, separating it from the covered community patio and barbecue area.
Got an RV or Boat? Separate RV Parking just for residents is available on site.
And even something for the kids or grandkids .... Check out the playground!

Looks like a great area, I love the mountain views!
Hawaii : Maui County
Viginia: What a great way to market this particular community. You covered all the things a buyer would like to know. The seperate RV lot has to be a great seling feature!
VIRGINIA - Some really great features to this community. Sounds like the clubhouse is a great place to have a party. I'm with you, why use your home when this is available to you.
Charles - Those mountain views are beautiful and change colors all day.
Michelle - Yes, not many places have RV parking, especially condos and townhomes for sale in Mesquite.
Adam - Yeah! Super Bowl Party! The pool and spa would be full, too.
Virginia, looks like the home owners would never have to leave this great community. Very nice....
Thank you Duane - The Springs has some nice amenities - great for a second home buyer!
Virginia, the Springs looks like a very well laid out community. I like that folks don't live above you either, and for the owner of the motor homes it's nice they've set parking aside for that as well. The mountains in the distance provide a nice backdrop.
Gary - It really has a lot to offer - very few condo/townhome subdivisions have a recreation center - and RV parking is rare.
Virginia, great info on this Mesquite NV development. The part that I loved to hear about was the river walking trail nearby. That would make a big different in my second home selection.
Elena - thank you! That walking trail is one of my favorite places, it is so cool down by the river! I have second home buyers who come here and are amazed!
Virginia,
Beautiful stuff! I particularly like the mountain views.

Thanks Mike - It is so pretty over there, I forget I live in a desert!
