Through the first eight months of 2009, there have been a total of 5,967 homes sold in North Las Vegas. This area is north of Charleston Boulevard, east of Rancho Road, and west of the I-15 freeway, and includes most of the city of North Las Vegas. The median sale was a 3-bedroom, 1851 square foot home with a selling price of $132,000.
