Reno-Sparks Home Sales by Zip Code

When I post median sales data, be it Asking price, Pending price or Sold price, I usually break out the data by MLS area. Lately, I've received emails asking about breaking out the numbers by zip code. Below are the median sold prices and units sold for the month of July 2007 for zip codes surrounding Reno Sparks. The numbers represent all residential sales (including condos and manufactured homes) as reported to our MLS. (see the numbers)
