Nevada Mortgage Agents Numbers Revisited

Here is an update on Licensed Nevada Mortgage Agents. It seems as though the number of agents may have stabilized. The losses have not been quite as dramatic over the last two months. Keep in mind that in 2005 there were almost 20,000 Licensed Nevada Mortgage Agents. This could be an indicator that the market is at a point that it can sustain this many loan officers at whatever volume they may be operating at.

October 16, 2007: (Loss of 392 in 72 days)

August 8, 2007 (Loss of 516 agents in 18 days)

July 20, 2007 (Loss of 779 Agents in 38 days)
