Reno-Tahoe New Homes Directory

Greetings -

Many home buyers that I work with are interested in new homes due to lower maintenance, more contemporary designs, the security of builder warranties, and (more recently) new home builder incentives and aggressive pricing.

Many buyers don't know that any real estate agent can represent them in a new home purchase and that there are some real benefits (ensuring an inspection be done, negotiation, advice on best floor plans for resale, etc.). We also offer the home buyer a free movefrom any city in the continental US to their new home in the Greater Reno-Tahoe region.

To make it easy for home buyers to find a comprehensive list of new homes for sale in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Carson Valley, Dayton, and Fernley, I have just expanded on my new homes directory. I have found that many of the national new home advertising web sites have a small fraction of what is available and, as a result, looking for a comprehensive list of new homes can be somewhat of a scavenger hunt.
