If you are interested in researching and/or buying distressed homes in the Northern Nevada markets, you will definitely find the series of recent blog posts (outlined below) to be of some value.
The information all comes from the local MLS and is the result of the listing agent entering in likely key words for either a short sale property or a bank owned property. In prior months, I had only bank owned properties but thought I would combine bank owned as well as short sales - all could represent good deals! Feel free to browse the posts below:
