STICKS ARE IN THE AIR!!! It is always exciting to see the beginnings of a new master planned community. This photo was taken today and you can see the first few homes of the 11,500 that are planned. This is the newest master planned area in Henderson Nevada. I can see this area from my back yard in Seven Hills and I've been watching them move dirt for the past few months, it is truly amazing to see this much growth in such a short period of time. Tim, where are all the buyers coming from? Any from Jersey?
Hi Tim,
Do you know if they have sold 100% of phase 1 yet? Also where is their sales office located? I'd like to visit the site and ask some questions. I still can't believe these new devs are still popping up everywhere when the market seems to be leveling out!

As far as I can tell they are not going to start selling until the first part of Oct. I'm about 100% sure the homes in the photo are KB the only other builder that I know is going to start sales in Oct. is Toll Brothers. I think both will have trailers on site opened in early Oct. All of the other builders who will be building in this area are not showing any plans or info on their web sites.
