Most Buyers Want A Turn Key Home or Condo

After receiving an e-mail today from a buyer, I just had to laugh. Here is part of what he said. "Keep in mind that I am selling all of my tools. I don't want to see another screw driver, hammer, ladder, etc."

So he's telling me he doesn't want a fixer right??? I am not the sharpest tool in the shed but I get it.

This was just a great lesson for us to keep asking the right questions to every buyer. Some buyers love the "fixer" and have not sold off all their tools BUT many buyers want the "Turn Key" Condo style living, no worries, just shut the door and leave !
