As a matter of fact no. In the Irvington School District the numbers are quite different. The market is different area to area around the country and district to district in Westchester.
Median in 1/07 was $795,000 and in 1/1/08 it was 867,500. Average in 1/07 was 944,167 and 1/1/08 it was 987,500. Did it twice.
