Today I actually received two calls early in the morning to discuss property showings this morning. The interesting thing was neither of the two were past clients nor were they part of my marketing mailing group.
As I proceeded to meet one of them today the sudden fresh April Day hit me! The warm air filled with fragrant buds starting to bloom; spring was finally in Brooklyn.
Both calls and meetings were a success, but what was telling was that these two separate parties had the security of a new beginning. Spring brought with it anew insight that this down turn would not last forever and it was time to make a move.
Let your Spring bring you new adventures and new opportunities.

Thanks, KB. It seems to be going well, doesn't it? Lots of new energy in the market.
Yeah! Spring! Let's hope new clients sprout like the flowers! Good for you KB!
KB; Oh yes spring has sprung. Now lets see if we can get those early birds to close!
Good for you KB! Here in the upper Midwest it has been anything but a Spring! Too much snow and Winter Warnings...Although that can be a positive for our ranchers and farmers.
I also read that : "The average 30-year home loan rate fell 0.07 percentage point in the week ended April 2 to 4.78 percent, the lowest since Freddie Mac

began tracking them on a weekly basis in 1971. This rate is 1.10 percentage points lower than in the same week a year ago. "**
It would look as if we are over the worst. Even Cramer ( for those who follow him) officially announced the end of our depression tonight on his show. So with the breath of Spring comes new opportunities and a look forward. even with the March unemployment rate coming out tomorrow, it may be re-enforcement that things will be looking up!

Looking forward to a busy SPRING
