Restaurants in the Oyster Bay - East Norwich area again participates in the Long Island Restaurant Week. Luce Ristorante in East Norwich, NY where the cuisine is superb, the décor and service are outstanding is the place I highly recommend.
The Fifth Annual Long Island Restaurant WeekSM starts on Sunday, November 7th through Sunday, November 14th, 2010. During the eight-day promotion, Sunday to Sunday, all participating restaurants will feature a special three-course prix fixe for $24.95 per person all night, except Saturday, when it will only be available until 7 p.m. Each restaurant offers its own unique menu.
The Fifth Annual Long Island Restaurant WeekSM is organized by WordHampton Public Relations, one of Long Island's top hospitality PR firms and creator of Hamptons Restaurant Week. Long Island Restaurant Week makes dining out at local restaurants even more attractive. Restaurateurs give new and existing patrons the chance to preview their cuisine, décor and service at bargain prices to entice them to come back the rest of the year.
The First Annual Long Island Restaurant Week won the SABRE Gold Award Certificate of Excellence and was recognized for its superior achievement in branding and reputation by the leading public relations industry analyst, The Holmes Group. The Second Annual Long Island Restaurant Week won the prestigious Big Apple Award in the Marketing Consumer Services, Travel and Tourism/Hospitality sector by the New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). The inspiration for this event came from the successful Hamptons Restaurant Week that runs annually on the East End of Long Island every March.
