Demand by prospective purchasers moving out from Queens & surrounding areas has been strong, since Hicksville is only 20 miles outside of New York City with excellent transit and easy commute distance. The shopping is excellent with Broadway Mall centrally located plus a number of popular local shops. In addition, there are many well kept neighborhoods with nice homes, reasonably priced with lower taxes. We also have many long time residents of the community whose children, now are purchasing homes in Hicksville.
