Wordless Wednesdays - Does New York City sleep?

I had taken a trip up to NYC last Tuesday for the REBarcamp and I ended up getting stuck that night, because everything was shut down. And I am sure some of you have heard the phrase, "The City that does not sleep"... which would be NYC. So I guess New York City does sleep occasionally. Besides, I guess some can argue that Vegas doesn't sleep either.

I am not sure what time this picture was taken, but it was certainly after 9 pm in the evening. And even the hot dog guy works late.
