Hey Jeff, The Apple bank building used to be an office building where many of the major real estate brokers had their offices, financial companies were in there too. It was converted to condos last year all the brokers had to get new offices.
I am sure who ever had this building is going to make a pretty penny. Thanks for sharing this, I love architecture and such.

Hi Lenn, The buildings gym is in the banks vaults. That would be considered a private gym in NYC lol.
