2011 December Blogging Challenge (12/4) - Working with three bedrooms condo buyers

Sunday is one of the busiest Real Estate day here in Manhattan New York, even though we are in month of December, we are completely booked today working appointments and showings.

Today one of our buyer flew in from Asia and was looking for three bedroom condo in the Upper West Side of Manhattan New York.

These buyers are looking for a second home that they can stay when they visit New York as many of our international buyers, they will visit once a month or once every few months. We looked at three bedroom units in full service buildings with 24 hour doorman, concierge, fitness center, residents lounges and open city views. The three bedroom condos we looked at today range from $3,000,000-$5,000,000.

they did like several units we saw today and we are discussing sales history of the building so we can possibly present an offer.

Today was a very busy for us, but we are very happy that we are one of the few that are very productive in December.
