Designing a New York Corporation with Feng Shui: Feng Shui the Series Pt. 5

As a New York based Feng Shui Consultant it is not unusual to be called in to evaluate Corporations. Designing a Corporation with Feng Shui principles is very different then designing a home with Feng Shui.

In Business Feng Shui we check the layout and the "Power Points" when choosing rooms that certain people should occupy. We do this to ensure success with the new Corporation and to make sure Business will keep growing.

Using the Bagua we check the general layout of the Business. We look for the Wealth Area in the back left hand corner and decide which employees to place there. We also look for the Relationship area in a Corporation which is the back right hand corner in Feng Shui.

In this particular New York Corporation my client had marked off where he thought he'd like certain people to occupy. Here's what we did for this New York Feng Shui Corporation in New York, NY:

As soon as you arrive you are greeted by the Reception Area directly in Front. We allowed space on both sides to enter the space and not block Energy. It also creates a Balance in Feng Shui.

There is a room and a doorway on the Right for the Executive Manager to occupy. In the Center, The HEART of this New York Corporation we have open area desks for employees. The first window on the Right Side is for the Conference Area.

In the Center of the New York Corporation on the Left Hand side we have a Kitchen area....it will nourish it's employees iin this location from a Feng Shui Perspective.

The Back Right Hand Side is where we choose for the Marketing Area, crucial in any Business or Corporation. In a Feng Shui Bagua this is the area for RELATIONSHIPS. There will be two employees working in this area, supporting each other and the Business.

The layout of Furniture in Feng Shui Rooms is crucial. While my Feng Shui Client initially wanted these employees to face each other, I suggested "equal" footing by putting both desks side by side. They are not facing each other "head on" but now complimenting each other by being equals.

The Back Left Hand Side is WEALTH in Feng Shui. Although we changed the initial furniture placement, this room is now designated for those taking orders for the Corporation. We left enough space to keep it open and room to add more employees as needed.

The purchasing of new furniture was discussed in detail as well as a layout for each room to maximize the profits from this Feng Shui Business. *It is interesting to note here that this client used me for his first office...and his second. This is the THIRD office he has rented in less then a year as his Business in New York Continues to thrive.

This is a small part on what it entails to Feng Shui a Corporation. Corporate Feng Shui in New York is not uncommon as more and more people continue to see the Benefits of Good Feng Shui.
