Sunnyvale California Internet company Yahoo Inc. is looking to establish a data center in Western New York. Governor Paterson's office confirms that they are talking with Yahoo executives and trying to convince them to do business in WNY.
The center would house computer systems and other equipment. State officials say it would result in 70+ high paying technica jobs, but the luring the big-name company could help with other economic development efforts.
