History Right here on Long Island New York: A National Historic Landmark in Oyster Bay, NY
We visited this National Historic Site located in the lovely town of Oyster Bay Long Island New York on a fabulous spring like day in April.
It is on the National Registry as an historic home and made famous primarily by it's occupant(s) who lived here beginning in 1887. You can stroll the grounds, take a hiking self guided tour, see some of the other building that occupy this space and take a step back in time.

Does anyone care to guess what it is? I'm not sure if this will be easy for difficult but history buffs will know...........
