I am not sure about other areas, but the market here in Syracuse is HOT. I am working mainly with first time home buyers, but there are many of them out here. I keep hearing other agents saying how dead the market is and how there are no buyers out there. People get out of the office and go look for them!!! I get the majority of my clients off the web and there are a lot of them. First time home buyers make take some more work, but it is worth it. These buyers becoming raving fans instantly and refer their friends.
I have been in real estate a year and a half and I love it. I am down to earth and like to have fun. I work mainly with buyers and a lot of first time home buyers.
