Westchester Real Estate Searches have been on a costant decline since 2004 as shown on this graph. That graph represents searches related to real estate.
I'm not sure if those numbers mean that the real estate interest has been decreasing though, because, if you look at graphs for individual town searches, they seem pretty normal.
So in conclusion...WHO KNOWS!
