When selling your home, curb appeal matters more then you may think. If potential buyers don't like what they see, they won't even consider viewing the rest of your home. You could potential be losing out on a huge market. I just posted a blog on facebook about curb appeal, but i think it's worth repeating. With the Real Estate market busiest season ahead of us, getting your home in shape is a most! Here are some suggestions that can add value to your home without breaking the bank:

1. Repaint exterior trim a different color to give it that "wow" factor.
2. Repaint shutters, garage door, porch railings, and front door.
3. Update your entry light fixture.
4. Change your mailbox.
5. Change or add a welcome matt.
6. Reseed your lawn and fill in all the bald spots.
7. Reseal your driveway.
8. Plant flowers or add potted plants for a splash of color.
9. Add solar lights.
10. Consider hiring a landscaper. They will not only maintain your lawn but they will edge it as well. Giving it a manicured look.
