Many potential home buyers, and especially first time home buyers, still do not quite understand what a Buyer's Agent does and why they should hire one once they are ready to go house hunting.

Please understand that as a Buyer's Agent I am NOT SELLING a home to you!

Instead, my role in the home purchase process is assisting you in FINDING & AQUIRING A HOME YOU LOVE by helping you to refine your home search, locate properties that match your criteria, show them to you, assist you in writing a compelling offer for the ONE YOU REALLY WANT, and then guide you through the entire process of making THAT ONE HOME YOUR OWN.

I really do not consider myself to be a real estate salesperson but rather an advisor, researcher, negotiator, safety net, advocate and facilitator for my Buyer Clients, since I do NOT work for the sellers.
