Jennifer what made you make the switch? And where did you leave? I have thought about Keller williams but never went and choose RE/Max but it's always in the back of my mind.

Congratulations!  Dive in head first for the full effect.  You MUST attend family reunion in Atlanta this year as it will leave you so pumped up, you won't be able to contain yourself.  At my first reunion, my biggest discovery was that all the culture and priority talk wasn't just talk - it is the sincere belief of almost everyone at this company and those who don't get it are missing out.  I hope to see you there.

I talk to agents just like you that didn't know anything about Keller Williams.  After they find out about the culture and how our office actually helps each other and shares information, they can't believe it.

Keller Williams is very present in Orange County NY, so I have met quite a few agents. they all seem happy there, so I am sure you will be too.

Congrats to you. I have also researched Keller Williams. Many of the top producers in my area are leaving large firms and even independant sucessful firms to join KW. I hear nothing but good things from the agents including the BICs, and recruiters ( I guess this is their job title). Best of Luck.

Jennifer - Congratulations!  I have only been selling real estate for a little over a year but I started with Keller Williams and I'm glad I did.  When you don't have a reputation to start with it really helps if your company has a good, strong, trustworthy reputation.  It gives you a leg up.  I know you will enjoy the many benefits of being with KW but you should also be proud of KW Cares, the organization within your organization that helps families in need.  I strongly suggest you get involved - it really helps put things in perspective.

Congratulations - a bit late ---

I feel you pain, when I started with KW the nearest market center was over 30 miles and an hour away allowing for traffic.  Now 3 year later there are 2 market centers still 30 miles away - but only 30 minutes and we have been approved for incubation in my town.

Right now I am very happy where I am...but if I ever decide to make a move - that's where I would be going.  The only other alternative is Houlihan. 

Congrats!  I just recently joined Keller Williams Elite Properties in Aventura, Florida.  Let me tell you, it is unbelievable the difference in attitudes.  The office I was at before had the "sell more so that the owners can make more money" attitude.  Keller Williams attitude is "what can I do to help you be successful."  WOW!  Red has become my new favorite color!

I joined KW in Houston as a rookie.  At that time the 70/30 split drew me in.  As I know know that is the worst reason to join.  The education and culture are amazing.  I also learned 6 years ago that profit share is just the icing on the cake.  I profit shared $16,000 last year and have over 200 agents in my downline.  What other company shares profits back with their agents?  Good luck to you!
