There were 39 Condos that sold within Nassau County in December, ranging in price from $145,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath at Ocean Breeze in Long Beach, to $1,560,000 for a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath unit at Hamlet Estates in Jericho Long Island.

These sales reflect those Condos sold in Nassau County Long Island that were listed on multiple listing service and do not include for sale by owner, non-member or non-published sales, nor does it include single family residential units outside a Condo or HOA community or co-op sales and does not include 55+ communities.

According to these stats, during the same time period for the previous year, Condos sold in Nassau County Long Island were on the market 70 days shorter, there were the same 39 units sold, and the average listing and selling prices were higher. Keep in mind, that the styles of homes, the amount of land, the location and the updates may not be equal or the same. So, it looks like these stats are showing that the Nassau County Condo Market had a better December 2010 than 2011, but all this can change during the 2012 season!
