Sometime in early November I made a post that referenced a friend/client who was thinking FSBO...At the time, I was trying to lead him in the right direction as to listing his property, after all, he just got under contract in a new home we found for him...Anyways, as you can imagine, he went thru the gaunlet of trying to fend for himself in the world of FSBO. He was blitzed with phone calls and unable buyers were propsing offers (that he later found out their you know whats couldn't cash). He ended up waiting thru the Christmas and New Year seasons and he finally came to grips with the fact that selling a home really is a HARD thing TO DO without 1) knowing how to do it 2) having the resources to do it 3) having experience in doing it... To make a long story short, I listed the property and we have an acceptable contract after 3 showings. The propsed closing date is scheduled for a month...We will keep our fingers crossed! Thanks for your responses!
